KONDENSA PLUS heaters have been designed and developed by Apen Group's R&D department combining premix gas burner and microprocessor-assisted electronic control technologies.

This results in a continuous adjustment of output power, and therefore of fuel consumption, to the heat request from the environment.

Now we can, with plus heaters.
PLUS heaters have been designed and developed by Apen Group's R&D department combining premix gas burner and microprocessor-assisted electronic control technologies. This results in a continuous adjustment of output power, and therefore of fuel consumption, to the heat request from the environment. When less heat is required, gas consumption decreases and efficiency tops 94,5%.

ADVANTAGES

Energy savings over 20%: Modulation electronic card uses an advanced control system to keep delivery temperature steady at 41° C. This dramatically improves season average efficiency by considerably reducing thermal stratification.

Environment friendly technology: Everybody knows that carbon and nitrogen oxides are heavily responsible for atmospherical pollution. Premix burner optimises combustion and guarantees reduction of nitrogen oxide (NOx lower than 30 ppm) and absence of carbon monoxide (CO = 0).

User comfort: room temperature always constant and heat exchanger splits airflow in several layers preventing air stratification.

Rapid

Suspendend gas warm air heater

Suspended On/Off gas warm air heater, with low emissions.
Rapid heaters can be directly installed in any industrial, commercial, agricultural (greenhouses or stock breeding farms), or office buildings where room air can be recycled, provided that relevant regulations are complied with.

Safe, modular, easy to install: Rapid warm air suspended heaters are fuelled with natural or propane gas.

Their modular structure enables the user to heat only the chosen zones and also to perfectly suit the size of the rooms to be heated.

In ducted installation with centrifugal fan, Rapid heaters can deliver warm air through an air distribution system.

PLA - OnePlus - OneKondensa

Ducted packed air handling unit

New packaged air handling units ONEPLUS - ONEKONDENSA series are the latest offspring of Apen Group's experience. These units have been designed and developed to guarantee top installation flexibility inside or outside the buildings where air conditioning is required.

The pulsing heart of ONEPLUS - ONEKONDENSA units is their modulating heat generator, including a low-NOx, premixed burner and double inlet centrifugal fans. Available head values, 200 or 400 Pa, allow the user to create highly articulated ducted systems.

A solution for any necessity.
Floor standing heaters for inside and outside applications suitable for functioning both with gas and oil burners, available both in vertical and horizontal version.


ADVANTAGES

Apen Group has redesigned the new series of floorstanding heaters PK-N, in order to improve the technical performances and consequently the safety, the efficiency and the quality, the requirements of customized solutions and respect for the environment.


Furthermore a special condensing version of PK heaters called PK-K with very high efficiency.

These can be coupled only with gas burner and work with condensation with efficiency level up to 102%.

The special shape of the stainless still heat exchangers joined with special turbolators allow to reach this outstanding result and energy savings.

The outfit has been improved thanks to the aluminium frames which, placed on the panels, make the geometric figures more harmonious.

Therefore they fit in the installation, both industrial and civil.

Evaporative Cooling System

AirCooling units' evaporative cooling system presents an excellent solution.

The fan pad system cools the air using a natural principle: air flows through special wetted filters where it partially reduces its temperature through evaporation.

No refrigerating equipment is therefore required, thereby minimizing energy consumption, while large air volumes can be treated for the number of required air changes.

ADVANTAGES

AirCooling cooler is an electrically powered equipment, also connected to the water supply system.

It is installed on the roof, on an external wall, or in a windows of the building or room where ventilation and fresh air are required.

Ducts have to be installed to connect the cooler to fresh air grilles which blow into the building.

ADVANTAGES

The high-efficiency exchange coil of these blowers allows to reach 101% efficiency with the boiler functioning at its maximum power, with water temperature at 70°C.

If needed, a condensate manifold can be installed into the blowers even after the blower is mounted on the wall.

EASY TO INSTALL
The peculiar design of the hydraulic circuit of boiler and blowers allows installing indoor and outdoor units at different heights and distances.

By installing fittings for pipe connection in the upper part of the boiler you can:

Install outdoor boiler at a convenient height for maintenance and positioning.

Choose a suitable height for installing the blower in the room to be heated.

Shorten the distance between outdoor boiler and indoor blower, enhancing performances, reducing pressure drops and increasing water flow rate to the coil.
